Leamington House Bed & Breakfast exceeded my expectations in every way, from its immaculate rooms to the exceptional hospitality provided by Paul and his staff. Our spacious room, complete with stunning sea views, was equipped with free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast options, which served as a wonderful start to our days, fueling our family adventures just a stone's throw from the beach. With its prime location near shops and restaurants, and the warmth of the staff, I can confidently say this was one of the best stays we've ever had-highly recommended!
